Job Description

Homevik Smart Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join its team in Suchitra, Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building relationships with interior designers and architects, managing sales leads, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with experience in smart home automation, interior design products, hardware sales, or architectural lighting will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Connect with interior designers, architects, builders, and homeowners to promote smart home automation and architectural lighting solutions.
• Lead Management: Follow up on enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, field visits, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate smart touch panels, motorized curtains, smart knobs, and architectural lighting products.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners to generate repeat business.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network in the assigned area.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
• Interest in smart home technology, automation, interiors, or lighting solutions.
• Must own a two-wheeler for local client visits.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in smart home automation, interior solutions, or hardware sales is preferred.
