Key Responsibilities: • Lead IMEA contingent workforce strategy, policies and operating standards
• Advise business and People leadership on external workforce requirements
• Connect contingent workforce insights with staffing, recruiting and workforce planning
• Manage governance, controls and exception frameworks
• Lead and coach Contingent Workforce Operations Specialists
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective service delivery
• Represent IMEA in relevant global contingent workforce forums
• Prepare and use workforce data, reporting and technology to improve service performance
Requirements: • Significant experience managing complex cross-functional workforce or operational programs
• Experience in strategic and hands-on operational leadership
• People leadership and cross-team coordination experience
• Procurement and vendor-management experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Experience in professional services or project-based organizations preferred
• Experience in contingent workforce, external talent or contractor management is advantageous
