🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
✅ MBA: Freshers can apply. No prior experience required.
✅ B.Tech / M.Tech: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales within the insurance industry.
✅ Non-Technical Graduates: BBA, B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, etc. – Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for young, energetic, and target-oriented individuals with a passion for sales, relationship building, and achieving business goals.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Identify, recruit, and build a strong network of quality insurance advisors.
🔹 Train and guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and selling techniques.
🔹 Support advisors with lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
🔹 Understand customer needs and ensure advisors provide appropriate financial solutions.
🔹 Achieve monthly targets for new business generation and advisor recruitment.
🔹 Monitor advisor performance and ensure business meets required quality and compliance standards.
🔹 Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant authorities for resolution.
🔹 Follow proper due diligence to help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ Experience in sales or customer-facing roles from any industry.
✅ Prior life insurance experience is NOT mandatory.
✅ Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
✅ Willingness to work in a field sales role with local and nearby-area travel.
✅ Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
