Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media
- Engage with Singapore customers and convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up with existing customers and generate repeat orders
- Promote products, offers, and discounts
- Assist customers in placing website orders
- Process customer orders and coordinate payments
- Suggest products based on customer interests
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
- Maintain professional customer relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media
- Sales experience preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hindi or Tamil knowledge is an added advantage
