### 🔹 What You’ll Do
• Understand US client hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & networking
• Conduct initial candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment trackers & candidate databases
• Learn US recruitment practices and market trends
• Develop professional communication & stakeholder management skills
### 🎯 Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in **any discipline**
• **Freshers are welcome** – prior recruitment experience is not mandatory
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Comfortable working **night shifts**
• Comfortable working **from office**
• Willing to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn/job portals is an added advantage
