Job Description – Application Developer (Python)

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in Python to join our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications that meet business and technical requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple teams to understand business needs, developing high-quality solutions, solving complex problems, and ensuring seamless integration of applications within our infrastructure. You will play a key role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contribute to important technical decisions, mentor team members, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications

Lead and manage team decisions and solution designs

Collaborate with multiple teams to solve technical and business problems

Facilitate knowledge-sharing and upskill team capabilities

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features

Apply best practices in application development, code quality, and version control

✔️ Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python programming

Experience with Git version control

Familiarity with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)

Good understanding of application development methodologies

🌟 Good to Have:

Experience in Oracle PL/SQL

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of relevant Python development experience
