Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment process and follow up with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain accurate candidate records.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals is preferred.
