Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the EPC, Oil & Gas, and Engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
– Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
– Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
– Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
– Understand client requirements and source suitable profiles.
– Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
– Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
– Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Engineering recruitment is preferred.
– Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills.
– Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
