Responsibilities:
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
• Build reliable frontend, backend, APIs and database systems.
• Turn product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• Work with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers.
• Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work.
• Monitor, debug, learn and continuously improve products.
Requirements:
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
• Comfortable with frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern frontend stacks.
• Strong backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, authentication and integrations.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
