This is an entry-level Associate Analyst position in the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team supporting the UK business from Hyderabad. The role focuses on providing learning administration support with high quality customer service and operational accuracy. Deloitte USI Jobs
🛠 Key Responsibilities
As part of the Learning Admin team, you’ll be responsible for: Deloitte USI Jobs
Adding and managing training classes in Deloitte’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Processing scheduled reports and generating delegate lists.
Distributing electronic training materials and pre-work to participants.
Closing completed training classes and processing post-course evaluations and feedback.
Ensuring timely and accurate updates in systems as per procedures.
Complying with data protection and procedural guidelines.
Working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements.
Supporting other learning support services processes as needed. LinkedIn

✅ Graduate degree (any discipline)
✅ 0–1 year of experience in learning admin, back-office services, or customer service
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
