Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact.
Drive customer engagement, product adoption, and satisfaction.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new clients.
Work on renewals, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Identify low-usage clients and improve their engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in SaaS, Digital, or Client Servicing is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
