You’ll be a perfect fit if you:
Are intermediate to advanced in Figma, with a stellar portfolio showcasing your expertise.

Are eager to learn and comfortable building web pages using Webflow (or similar no-code/page-builder platforms).

Have a strong grasp of UI/UX principles, art, and design — turning complex ideas into intuitive experiences.

Are detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and precision.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

Can use AI tools to generate high-quality visuals to support your design work.

Skills & Traits
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.

A robust portfolio showing creative and functional design solutions.

Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions with teammates and clients.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning new tools.

Familiarity with prompt engineering for quick wireframes and creatives.

Responsibilities
Design & Development
Create engaging, user-friendly landing pages and digital experiences.

Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life in Webflow and similar tools.

Collaboration
Work directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into design.

Iterate and refine work based on feedback and usability testing.

Innovation & Growth
Explore new tools, trends, and methods to elevate the design process.

Contribute to best practices and design standards at Inweave.
