Job Purpose

First link of management between field staff and leadership. Responsible for achieving business objectives, managing people, and ensuring compliance. Requires strong communication, relationship management, and leadership skills to drive business in the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve business targets in assigned channels and geography.

Manage on-roll & off-roll teams (hiring, retention, productivity).

Empanel new dealers and allocate resources.

Ensure compliance with processes, documentation, FI, agreements & approvals.

Train, motivate, and develop the sales team.

Track and manage PDD compliance.

Work with CRM (Salesforce.com).

Liaise with Credit, Operations & Risk teams for smooth processing.

Maintain TAT for case processing.

Conduct dealer events, competitions, and recognition programs.

Major Challenges

Hiring & training right candidates.

Smooth onboarding for staff and dealers.

Retention of sales workforce.

Decision-Making Scope

Hiring on-roll & off-roll staff.

Coordinating approvals with stakeholders.

Lead allocation & field activity planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate.

3–5 years’ relevant experience in team management.

Strong Excel knowledge.
